Our tenanting process

What does the Snow Peak tenanting process look like?

Step One

Once you’ve signed up with Snow Peak to manage your property we’ll arrange for photos to be taken and we’ll write an awesome, catchy ad that’ll knock the socks off prospective tenants. Your listing will be advertised on major online chanels.

Step Two

You’ll be assigned a dedicated Property Manager and as soon as your property is available, we’ll start hosting viewings and you’ll receive feedback after each one to keep you in the loop.

Step Three

We have a dedicated lettings team that will put our short-listed applications through a series of background checks before we send them over to you to make the final call – it is your property after all.

Step Four

Once you’ve approved a tenant we’ll get started organizing their move in – that means a key handover, paper signing and onboarding them to Snow Peak. We work hard to make the tenant experience as seamless as possible throughout their tenancy because happy tenants look after your property as if it was their own.

How do I switch to Snow Peak?

Thinking of making the switch to Snow Peak? It’s our goal to ensure every owner has the best stress-free experience when it comes to switching their property.

All you need to do is give us the authority to take over the management of your rental property by submitting the form below. Once we’ve received your form, we will give you a call and then send you a new management agreement for signing on the dotted line!

Then...

We’ll get in touch with your previous company to organise the switchover regardless of the current lease in place. We’ll collect the keys and any documents that are relevant to your property.

We’ll work with your tenants to guide them through the Snow Peak process and ensure they have a smooth changeover.

Lastly...

If required, we will complete an inspection of the rental property and provide you with a detailed condition report covering maintenance and an updated assessment of your property.
